Airmec H20 Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Sales Support Team Leader to steer the sales support department within a compliance-led facilities management environment. You will lead day-to-day activity, performance and quality, ensuring quotations, renewals, client approvals, purchase orders and handovers are accurate and ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong people management, coaching and team coordination skills.
• Sound commercial awareness, including reviewing quotation quality and protecting margin.
• Excellent attention to detail when pricing, scoping and handling approvals.
• Ability to make proportionate decisions on quotation approval and escalation.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload across multiple enquiries and handovers.
• Confident communication with Account Managers, Operations, and clients.
• Practical understanding of sales support processes and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to identify commercial, operational and compliance risks and escalate.
• Continuous improvement mindset to address recurring issues and training needs.
• Working knowledge of compliance-led facilities management service areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead, allocate and monitor the daily workload of the Sales Support team.
• Provide line management, coaching, guidance and performance conversations.
• Review and approve quotations within delegated authority and ensure margins.
• Escalate significant concerns to the Head of Sales Account Management.
• Stop or return incomplete sales packs where information is insufficient.
• Maintain accurate CRM, quote, renewal and handover records for visibility.
• Act as first point of escalation for Sales Support queries.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Operations, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality and consistency of sales outputs and documentation.
• Support tender submissions and post-tender clarification activities.
• Identify process improvements and training needs within the team.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance service areas to support triage.
• Prepare and provide accurate sales support reporting for management review.
• Own sales support data, reports and board information.
