Job summary

Asset Finance International in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead, motivate and develop the Sales Support Team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.

You will oversee workload planning, recruitment support, coaching, training, and performance reviews, while ensuring adherence to policies and SLAs. The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of line managing within a sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet team targets and individual objectives.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding in a department.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Able to produce regular management information and MI reports.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise tasks and workflow across the Sales Support Team.
• Recruitment planning and probation support for new staff.
• Coach individuals to develop knowledge and skills.
• Manage training requirements and new process implementation.
• Conduct monthly 1:1s and set development objectives.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct up to investigations.
• Plan daily workloads and resources to hit SLAs and targets.
• Motivate team to maintain high-quality output.
• Produce monthly MI on team performance.
• Apply absence management procedures to minimise absences.
• Support change initiatives to maintain performance.
