Talented People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Support Administrator to join their established team in Crawley on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role offers variety and growth, with responsibilities including issuing quotations, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, handling customer inquiries and providing day-to-day admin support to the sales team. A proactive, energetic approach and good MS Office skills are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or office administration advantageous.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach with initiative.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage varied workload.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and issuing accurate customer quotations, working closely with the sales team.
• Processing customer purchase orders and maintaining accurate order records.
• Coordinating delivery dates with colleagues and suppliers, keeping customers updated.
• Following up on outstanding quotations, orders and delivery queries.
• Managing customer service enquiries via telephone and email, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and assisting with customer account queries.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and records within internal systems.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and progressed efficiently.
• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and support team efficiency.
