Confidential, based near Oxfordshire, is seeking a proactive Sales Support to assist with day-to-day sales activity and customer communications in a busy, local business. The role offers development opportunities within the team and potential involvement in new business growth.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, paying £29,000 per annum. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or office environment.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of the role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team.
• Well organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily sales administration, including quotations and deadline coordination.
• Answer office calls in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of company events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks as required.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve queries and provide support.
• Work closely with senior management to help develop new business opportunities.
