Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries, provide quotations, product advice and high levels of service.
• Take ownership of complex and high-value enquiries, using commercial judgement to maximise opportunities while protecting margin.
• Proactively follow up quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into orders and strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with suppliers to source products, negotiate terms and resolve issues.
• Lead, support and develop a small Internal Sales team, providing guidance and product knowledge.
