Job summary

Dometic is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the UK Sales team in the Blandford office. You will work closely with Sales Managers to deliver outstanding service, manage enquiries, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

Key duties include handling inquiries, processing orders via Axapta, maintaining distributor relations, and providing timely pricing and lead times. The role offers a dynamic, global environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience and proven proactive approach in sales or customer service.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries and manage day-to-day sales matters via ticketing system (Freshdesk).
• Take ownership of customer needs and deadlines.
• Provide direct support for Sales Team as required.
• Develop relationships with distributors and dealers through regular communication.
• Provide pricing and lead times when requested.
• Process incoming sales orders through Axapta.
• Communicate with customers by phone, Teams and email.
• Support day-to-day sales administration and improvement projects.
