Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Sales Support Associate in the UK to handle proactive admin tasks for customers, including complaint handling, documentation, order entry when needed, and quotations. You will design workflows with the EMEA Customer Services Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely responses across regions.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze workflows and implement efficient, measurable processes.
• Experience with end-to-end order processing and ERP tools.
• Customer facing communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AI tools for process development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create processes to handle inbound customer queries and support order entry.
• Own customer complaints from start to finish and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide timely product information, documentation and order updates.
• Support order entry by gathering missing information and loading orders into ERP (Sage).
• Update ERP with pricing and customer data according to policy.
• Prepare quotations to support regional sales teams in Europe, Middle East/Africa.
• Proactively contact customers to provide order status updates.
