• Customer-facing experience not required if you can engage and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create processes to manage inbound queries and enable order entry.
• Own customer complaints from cradle to grave, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide timely responses with product information, documentation, and order updates.
• Support order entry by securing missing information and loading orders into ERP.
• Update ERP pricing, customer data and orders per policy.
• Prepare quotations to support regional sales teams in EMEA and Europe.
• Proactively update customers on order status as needed.
