Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze workflows and document efficient processes.
• Experience with end-to-end order processing and ERP tools.
• Understanding of industrial B2B supply chains.
• Familiarity with Google Gemini or similar AI tools for process development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to engage with customers and support teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create processes to manage inbound customer queries promptly.
• Own customer complaints from start to finish with stakeholders.
• Provide product information, documentation and order status updates.
• Support order entry by obtaining missing information and loading orders into Sage.
• Update pricing and customer details in the ERP according to policy.
• Prepare quotations to support regional sales teams in EMEA and Europe.
• Proactively contact customers with order Status updates as needed.
