Job summary

Chester Road Motorcycles in Deeside is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy team. The role focuses on processing orders accurately, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the sales department to ensure smooth customer flows.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, liaise with logistics, and register vehicles using the DVLA RAV system. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary dependent on experience and a modern office with free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role (sales/transport/automotive) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing – input, track, and manage sales orders using our in-house system.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Register vehicles using DVLA RAV system.
