Job summary

Chester Road Motorcycles is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy team in Deeside. This permanent, full-time role supports the sales department with day-to-day administrative duties and efficient processing of customer orders.

You will input orders, maintain records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries, including DVLA vehicle registrations. Salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a sales, transport, automotive or dealership office) would be an advantage.
• A team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing – Accurately receive, input, and track sales orders using our in-house system (a major focus of the role).
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Register vehicles using the DVLA’s online RAV system.
