Job summary

Chester Road Motorcycles in Deeside is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the busy team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, process customer orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

Key duties include inputting and tracking orders in our in-house system, maintaining customer records, answering calls and emails promptly, and registering vehicles using DVLA's RAV system.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within sales, transport, automotive or dealership office is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing – accurately receive, input, and track sales orders using our in-house system.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Register vehicles using the DVLA’s online RAV system.
