Job summary

Chester Road Motorcycles is seeking a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis at our Deeside site. The role focuses on processing customer orders, maintaining records, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

You will work in a busy team, handle enquiries via phone and email, and support the sales department with day-to-day admin tasks. Salary is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately using in-house system and track orders
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics) to ensure timely deliveries
• Register vehicles using the DVLA’s online RAV system
