Sales Support Executive (German Speaker)

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive who is fluent in German and English to support our account managers and clients. This position is based in central London, with a preference for hybrid work, but home-based arrangements are also considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales support to our German partner network.
• Assist in designing and executing front-line agent incentives and competitions.
• Represent the company at national consumer and trade shows, agency meetings, and events.
• Collaborate with agent partners to deliver accurate, on-brand marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on creative approvals and pricing.
• Manage distribution of commission and override contracts.
• Maintain B2B portal information and online travel training content.
• Order and manage sales merchandise and trade brochures efficiently.
• Handle escalated agent booking queries effectively.
• Respond to daily calls, emails, and communications from trade partners.
• Coordinate the delivery of new campaigns and assets for the team and partners.

Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry, including cruise reservations, operations, sales support, or marketing.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ideally available for hybrid work, but open to home-based for the right candidate.
