Job summary

Forest Feast is seeking a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and drive commercial activity across our brands. You will manage customer portals, pricing, samples, promotions and account support to ensure customers receive efficient, accurate service.

This role is ideal for a graduate or experienced administrator seeking flexible working days and hours. We are open to discussing arrangements that suit the candidate while meeting business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate or entry-level role seeking to develop commercial skills.
• FMCG or food and drink sector experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Numeracy skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer portals, add/update product information, listings and promotions.
• Complete and submit new line forms with required information.
• Maintain pricing files and portals ensuring accuracy.
• Update EPOS sales trackers and promotions.
• Support stock monitoring and forecasting for retailers.
• Coordinate trade samples and dispatch on time.
• Attend trade events and engage with customers and consumers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to coordinate activities.
• Provide logistical support for Amazon account.
• Attend internal meetings and follow up on actions.
