Due to steady growth in a growing and global industry, our client now seeks a technically strong and motivated Sales Support Engineer to join the team. The role involves working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) across specific product lines.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to start their career or for a candidate already working in a technical role supporting clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the BDM in all aspects of sales and technical support.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, and Engineering departments.
3. Provide technical assistance to customers, including understanding products, troubleshooting issues, and resolving faults.
4. Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Play a key role in pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sales success.
