Due to steady growth in a global industry, our client seeks a technically strong and motivated Sales Support Engineer to join the team, working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) across specific product lines.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to start their career or for someone already supporting clients and internal growth in a technical role.

Key responsibilities include supporting the BDM, working cross-functionally with Production, Sales, and Engineering departments. You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve faults.

You will communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.
