You’ll be the go-to person to keep samples moving and orders accurate, with daily tasks supporting the sales team and coordinating samples and fabric lab dips.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin or sales support.
• Organised and detail oriented with ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily post, send samples, mount fabrics and lab dips, and follow up by email.
• Pull production samples for meetings and file by customer and season.
• Raise orders on internal systems and update cost prices.
• Mount lab dips and cut fabric hangers.
• Photograph and steam garments.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
