Job summary

ArmaTile Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Armagh-based sales team, acting as the essential link between customers, Sales Representatives, and the production department.

You will process orders, resolve product and delivery queries, and help ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations with timely, professional service.

This on-site role offers a permanent, full-time position with a negotiable salary, 28 days leave, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through Sales Order Processing System.
• Check details with clients before processing on the system and in line with store procedures.
• Respond to customer communications via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments on sales.
• Build long-term relationships with sales, stores, administration and production staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
