The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
  • Organize documents, reports, and trackers efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and audit results promptly.
  • Manage weekly partner invoicing and analyze monthly budgets.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
  • Compose and distribute clear communications.
  • Oversee the hotel RFP process smoothly.
  • Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
  • Support senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
  • Maintain secure and current records on shared drives.
  • Log and file data meticulously.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support, especially in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
