Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: (40) Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

At Lookers Newcastle Audi, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our online presence for all our vehicles is up to date with the latest offers and to the highest standard. You will also assist in progressing the preparation of our vehicles before they are advertised for sale.

You will report to the Sales management team at Newcastle Audi, who will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising our online presence for new and used cars, driving traffic to our website, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
  • Updating daily price changes.
  • Ensuring high-quality images online.
  • Reviewing pricing reports with the sales manager to ensure all stock is correctly priced within our policy, maximising sales opportunities.

Key skills required:

  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of the motor trade is advantageous.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, supportive of the team, ambitious, eager to learn, IT literate, and comfortable with online databases. You should be confident in meeting customer requirements, organized in managing your workload, and skilled in building relationships with customers and suppliers.

Previous motor trade experience or similar roles are preferred but not essential.
