The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
  • Organize documents, reports, and trackers efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audits.
  • Manage partner invoicing and budget analysis monthly.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the hotel RFP process smoothly.
  • Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
  • Support senior leaders with diary and meeting management.
  • Maintain secure records on shared drives.
  • Log and file data accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in admin support, especially in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
