Since launching in the UK in 2021, Mandik UK has grown from a two-person start-up to a thriving team of 8, with turnover set to reach £7m by Year 4. Specialising in Fire Safety Ventilation Products, we’re dedicated to setting new standards in the construction industry with high-quality, fully compliant solutions.

As we continue to expand, we need a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Technical Sales & Estimating team, ensuring our customers receive the expert advice and solutions they need.

What the Role Involves

As Sales & Estimating Support, you’ll work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and Estimating team to manage incoming quote requests, liaise with customers, and ensure accurate information is gathered to deliver compliant estimates. You’ll also play a key role in customer relations, helping to build long-term partnerships while promoting our consultative approach to sales.

  • Reviewing incoming quote requests to ensure all required information is provided
  • Liaising with customers via email, phone, and Teams to clarify requirements
  • Tracking and updating the status of all incoming quotes

? Customer Relationship Management

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide expert support
  • Following up on information requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Building strong client relationships and promoting our technical expertise
  • Assisting with LinkedIn and other in-house marketing initiatives
  • Developing a strong understanding of our products and industry to support customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

We need a highly organised, customer-focused individual who is confident speaking with clients and has a keen eye for detail. While experience in a sales or estimating role is beneficial, we’re more interested in your potential, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work proactively and independently while being a team player
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in a sales-related role
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn & marketing tools
  • Understanding of technical or construction-based industries
