The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
  • Organize documents, reports, and trackers efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audit results.
  • Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
  • Communicate effectively through clear and precise messaging.
  • Coordinate hotel RFP processes smoothly.
  • Load and manage preferential rate data accurately.
  • Support senior leaders with diary management and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain secure, up-to-date records on shared drives.
  • Log and organize data meticulously.
