Job Description

As a Sales Support Adviser, you will be part of our UKEMA sales team, assisting Qantas Regional Leadership, local Sales teams, and key trade partners with guidance, advice, and technical support. Using strong communication skills, you will provide expertise on Qantas products, services, policies, and procedures while managing escalations and resolving customer issues. Additionally, you will support the rollout of new commercial models, help agents transition to Qantas NDC, and act as a key adviser, assisting travel agents and other stakeholders.
