Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Sales Support Administrator on a temporary basis in South Derbyshire. The role covers managing customer orders from quotation through to completion and acting as a key contact for customers and internal teams.

The position requires strong administration, customer service or sales support experience, and immediate availability for a temporary ongoing assignment. ERP system experience and good MS Office skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to work in a busy environment.
• Experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Good MS Office skills and basic numerical ability.
• Experience using ERP systems would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations and update on the sales process.
• Produce and update customer and market price lists.
• Prepare cost calculations and commercial offers.
• Support Sales Managers, Service Coordinators and Project Managers.
