Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts UK is seeking an Administrator to join the UK Sales Department at our Steeton, West Yorkshire HQ. The role offers an hour rate of £13.20 and a 40-hour Monday–Friday workweek. You will handle leads, support the sales team, and maintain internal systems, with training and development provided.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team players, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Word/Excel is advantageous and parking is available on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving sales environment.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Injecting partner leads on internal systems and email the relevant teams.
• Listen to compliance calls across the sales floor and score weekly.
• Request any hotels/vouchers requisition for sales via internal systems.
• Order any stationery requests for surveyors.
• Updating any ad hoc documentation required for the sales department.
• Answer the orders helpline and re-directing the calls appropriately.
• Carry out TPS checks as required.
• Check brochure letters – rectifying the address and ordering the letters.
• Update the SOP documentation as required.
