Job summary

Adecco in Halstead is seeking a Sales Support and Warranty Specialist to join the team in a temporary to permanent, full-time role. The position runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

The role focuses on end-to-end management of lift equipment orders and warranty claims. You will process orders in ERP/SAP, track fulfilment and coordinate with distributors, hauliers and the warehouse to meet despatch and installation deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management and warranty administration.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process lifting equipment orders in ERP/SAP.
• Track orders through fulfilment, despatch and installation.
• Address distributor inquiries on stock, lead times, and changes.
• Resolve order issues and communicate updates.
• Manage warranty process from claim to parts despatch.
• Collaborate with hauliers, warehouse and distributors.
