Huntress - Bracknell is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to support the sales team in a busy environment. The role involves logging contracts, handling high volumes of information, and ensuring compliance.
You will need excellent IT skills, especially Word and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team. Full training is provided, and the assignment runs until 29 January 2027 with a structured training plan.

Hourly rate: 15.54 per hour
Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8.30am to 5.30pm, totalling 37 hours each week
Location: Reading - fully office based and once trained hybrid working could then be introduced
We are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to come and join our clients team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting the sales team in a varied and busy environment checking and uploading multiple documents and contracts onto our client system.
We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organised, has high attention to detail and self-motivated. Strong and confident IT skills specifically working on Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

To be successful the individual must have strong communication skills, a confident multi-tasker and someone who thrives within a busy team. You will be joining a growing department who have targets and tight deadlines to meet therefore you must be able to manage your own workload each day.
Previous experience working in a similar role would be ideal however not essential as full training will be provided.
Due to a very structured training plan, we cannot consider anyone who has holiday in the first 4-6 weeks of the assignment
