Job summary

Peacock & Binnington, based at our Head Office in Brigg, is seeking a Sales Support to join the team. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of customer operations, handling demonstrations, installation, and ongoing education of customers across a range of machinery and equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for modern farming technology, strong practical and mechanical skills, and excellent communication abilities to engage with farmers and business partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare tractors and machinery for demonstrations and customer delivery.
• Carry out product demonstrations and assist with operational handovers.
• Support the sales team with machine installations and setup.
• Attend manufacturer training to stay up to date on new features and innovations.
• Act as a key link between the business and customers by providing operational advice.
• Liaise daily with farm managers, technicians, sales reps, and business owners.

The Role

We are seeking a new Sales Support at our Head Office in Brigg – it’s a dynamic, hands-on role that places you at the heart of our customer operations. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to be part of something impactful.

You will play a vital part in thedemonstration, installation, and customer educationprocess across a wide range of machinery and equipment. Frompreparing and cleaning new machinery for delivery, toattending technical training sessions, you will be immersed in the latest developments in agricultural technology.

This role is perfect for someone who has:

What You’ll Be Doing
