Jewson, part of Stark UK, is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for the TF3 branch. The role involves leading generation, managing accounts, onboarding new customers, and driving growth across the sales cycle.

You will ensure accurate forecasting, build strong customer relationships, and support the branch team across multiple duties. The position is full-time, based at the TF3 branch, with training provided and opportunities for professional development.

We are recruiting for a Sales Supervisor to join our friendly Jewson branch,in TF3 3AZ.

Due to the team size in branch, we are looking for someone who has a passion forsales, butalso has a willingness to support the rest of the team.

All employees are provided with the relevant training to ensure they are multiskilled in all areas of duties in branch, including the yard and trade counter.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30-1700, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Lead generation and prospecting: Identifynew business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
• Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
• Onboarding & Activation: Ensure new customersare successfully onboarded and activated,maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
• Margin & Share of Wallet growth: Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuringaccurateforecasting and pipeline management.
• Customer engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, productdemonstrationsand presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provideaccurateandtimelyreports on sales activities, customerfeedbackand market insights.
