Highland Audi Inverness, part of the John Clark Motor Group, is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our high-energy team. You will drive sales for new and used vehicles, discuss finance options, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while managing opportunities with an uncapped earning potential.

We offer a £26,250 base salary with £55k+ OTE, a company car, and a 5-day average working week. If you’re driven, confident, and hungry to succeed, this is your next career move.

What You'll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

• Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:
