Hastings Hotels in Belfast is seeking a Sales & Revenue Administrator to support the Sales Managers and Group Revenue Manager. Based at our Corporate Head Office, you will handle queries, manage client databases, prepare proposals, contracts and reports while coordinating across sales, revenue and events teams to deliver exceptional service.

Our Head Office is adjoined to the four‑star Stormont Hotel and located just minutes away from Belfast City Centre. Under the inspiring leadership of our Group Revenue Manager, Cathy Scott, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role with a leading hospitality group.
The successful candidate can expect to work office hours fully on site, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week excluding breaks.

The Sales and Revenue Administrator will support and work alongside the Sales Managers and Group Revenue Manager in handling queries, providing accurate clerical and organisational support, and working across our sales, revenue, and events teams to achieve success for the buiness and deliver an exceptional standard of service to our customers, guests, and clients.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly organised, efficient, and work with high levels of accuracy.
Update client databases, track bookings, process paperwork within agreed timescales, and prepare and produce proposals, contracts and reports as required.
Perform administrative duties including preparing contracts, proposals, emails, and updating mailing lists.
Promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
Update daily revenue report data and distribute reports to the senior management team in a timely manner.
Manage administrative revenue and sales tasks.
Support with completing proposals and submission documents.
Regularly update online portals with content and imagery that is accurate.
Undertake regular rate checks to ensure rates/rooms are loaded and bookable on all channels.
Manage friends and family bookings and staff rate accommodation requests.
Distribute and manage reservations from key account companies, responding with confirmation, and managing cancellation of bookings across the portfolio.
Complete month end or weekly reports under the direction of the Revenue Managers.
Manage the input of data when Sales Managers return from travel and exhibitions, and coordinate follow up.
Organise, alongside Sales team, specific events hosted by the Sales team (FAM trips, sales blitzes, customer engagement).
Support the sales team in driving Corporate, Leisure, Group and M&E business.
Assist with the gift experience department as and when required.
Carry out any other duties as required by management that are within the level of competency for the role or which present an opportunity for development.
