Responsibilities

Lead the leasing team to drive property success and occupancy.
Seal deals with a target close ratio of around 20%.
Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
Inspect tour routes and models to keep them presentable for prospective residents.
Monitor local market conditions and trends to inform marketing.
Collaborate with the Property Manager on marketing and resident satisfaction.
Maintain professional resident communications and provide excellent service.
Demonstrate strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
