Job Description:

At Gekko, our team of sales representatives work in retail environments on behalf of our technology brands. Engaging with both customers and store staff, you will be the face of a brand with the task of increasing awareness and maximizing sales.

We offer various campaigns providing part-time casual work, usually on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), Bank Holidays, and other key trading dates throughout the year. Campaigns vary in length, and work availability cannot be guaranteed; however, once registered, you will be informed of local opportunities.

If you have experience in customer service or retail and wish to join an established team of promoters, this role is suitable for you.

The Role & Responsibilities

· Build relationships with in-store colleagues and management

· Provide customers with engaging and informative product demonstrations, transforming discussions into sales

· Encourage store staff to increase awareness of the brand and products

· Collect insights throughout your day and report back via our bespoke app on sales, footfall, and competitor information

· Share best practices with the wider promoter team through social media channels and team calls

· Ensure in-store displays and merchandise are fully compliant at all times and report any issues to head office
