Job Overview

As a Sales Executive at KAZI Marketing Group, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients. You will generate leads, build relationships, and close deals, ensuring businesses benefit from our expert marketing services. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  2. Client Engagement: Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to introduce KAZI Marketing Group’s services.
  3. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  4. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  6. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  7. Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, media, or digital services.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
