A recycling and reprocessing brand that never stands still. For 25 years, Timberpak has sourced waste wood for the EGGER UK chipboard production sites.

As the largest user of recycled timber in the UK wood panel industry, EGGER has an ongoing requirement for waste wood. We never turn waste wood away at our Timberpak Yorkshire, Timberpak North East, Timberpak Scotland, and Timberpak South East sites.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team, based at our Leeds operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability, building relationships, and driving business growth in the waste wood sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through face-to-face visits and phone calls, converting leads into customer accounts.
  • Develop and strengthen existing customer relationships, particularly focusing on high-value suppliers within the waste wood sector.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships with customers, supporting retention and business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance, including on-site visits and structured training for customer site staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organised, determined, and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Based at our Leeds operation, with the flexibility to travel to Timberpak Washington as required.
  • Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of the Waste Hierarchy and European Waste Catalogue Wood Classification codes.
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a proactive attitude.
