Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, a leading travel insurance company based in Southend-On-Sea. You will handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.

This office-based role requires working 1 weekend a month and is suitable for a target-driven individual. Training lasts 6 months with £250 training bonus per month, after which commission structure starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based role is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets is desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset, especially in sensitive situations.
• Professional and courteous communication with diverse customers.

Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, a leading travel insurance company voted for customer care based in Southend-On-Sea. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.

This role is office based and would involve working 1 weekend a month and is perfect for a target driven individual.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:

• Salary: 25,500 per annum, average OTE 35,000
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
  • Hours between:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm
  • 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday)
• Contract Type: Permanent

The training period will span over 6 months where you will earn 250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence.

During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Representative:

• Previous experience in a phone-based role required
• Ideally, you should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• You should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, especially in sensitive situations
• Being able to communicate professionally and in a kind and sensitive manner with a range of people is required
