Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, a leading travel insurance company based in Romford. You will handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, delivering solutions and earning uncapped commissions.

The role offers 35 hours per week, 8:30am-8pm, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Training for 6 months with £250 monthly training bonus, then commission-based progression across sites.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:

• Salary: £25,500 per annum, average OTE £35,000 - £40,000
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
• Hours between:
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm
• 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday)
• Contract Type: Permanent

During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

• Being able to communicate professionally and in a kind and sensitive manner with a range of people is required
