Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Representative for our client, a leading travel insurance company based in Southend-On-Sea. You will handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries in a target-driven environment.

The role is office-based, requires working 35 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends, and includes a 6-month training period where you earn a £250 training bonus per month; after training, the standard commission structure applies.

Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, a leading travel insurance company voted #1 for customer care based in Southend-On-Sea. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.

This role is office based and would involve working 1 weekend a month and is perfect for a target driven individual.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:

• Salary: £25,500 per annum, average OTE £35,000
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
• Hours between: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm
• 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday)
• Contract Type: Permanent

Progression opportunities throughout the business, across all sites and departmentsThe training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence.

During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
