Recruiting Solutions is hiring for an on-site Sales Representative for a company in the Hartsville, SC area. The ideal candidate will have experience with building and maintaining relationships, CRM sales software, and lead generation.This is a direct hire position with pay starting at $65,000.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Develop pricing strategies, quotations, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Oversee the onboarding of new and returning accounts
  • Utilize CRM sales software
  • Coordinate with inside sales
  • Provide weekly sales activity reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field required
  • 5 years of proven success in outside sales
  • Strong background in lead generation, pricing, and account management
  • Proficiency in CRM sales software
