Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team as a quotation specialist. You will produce accurate and timely quotes and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.

Working Monday to Friday, fully office-based, you will support the sales team, maintain records, and follow up on quotes to secure orders. Previous experience in customer-facing sales or estimating in construction or hardware is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or estimating role
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities
• Experience within construction, trade, hardware or building products is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders
• Following up quotes to secure potential sales
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information
• Sending product samples and information to customers
• Supporting the sales team during busy periods
• Building knowledge of the company’s product range

Salary: GBP24000 - GBP25000 per annum

Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window and door hardware.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations.

Package:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm FULLY OFFICE BASED.
