Job summary

Camfil UK is seeking a Sales Qualification Administrator to support our sales process by following up quotations and qualifying new business enquiries. You will ensure opportunities are recorded accurately in our CRM and collaborate with the team to convert prospects into orders.

This role offers full training and a clear path to develop communication, IT and commercial skills within a supportive environment at Haslingden.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good general IT skills and confidence using different software systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
• Friendly, professional telephone manner.
• Proactive approach and willingness to follow up opportunities.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in developing a career in sales or customer service.
• Previous sales or customer service experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer quotations to convert them into orders.

• Manage the shared inbound sales email inbox and respond promptly.
• Record notes in the CRM and keep quotes up to date.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and future business.
