Job summary

Pertemps Stoke on Trent is seeking a proactive Sales Project Coordinator to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. This full-time, permanent role focuses on supporting Regional Sales Managers, coordinating customer projects from order to completion, and acting as a key link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate will have project coordination or sales support experience, be adept with CRM/ERP systems, and excel at MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, sales support, administration or customer service.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate customer projects from order to completion.
• Link Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer enquiries and project updates.
• Prepare quotations, project documentation and reports.
• Maintain CRM records and track project progress.
• Identify and resolve potential project issues.

Our client, a leading supplier of specialist building materials, is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Project Coordinator to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with project coordination, sales support, or construction industry experience who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong relationships, and ensuring customers receive excellent service from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process
• Coordinating customer projects from order to completion
• Acting as a key link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
• Managing customer enquiries and project updates
• Preparing quotations, project documentation, and reports
• Maintaining CRM records and tracking project progress
• Identifying and resolving potential project issues

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in project coordination, sales support, administration, or customer service
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Construction industry knowledge or understanding of building products (preferred)
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
