Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a proactive Sales Project Coordinator to support Regional Sales Managers in the full sales lifecycle. You will coordinate customer projects from order to completion and act as the central link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics and Manufacturing teams.

This full-time, permanent role offers £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, with 26 days holiday, a company pension, on-site parking and company events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, sales support, administration, or customer service.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Construction industry knowledge or understanding of building products (preferred).
• Confident user of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process
• Coordinating customer projects from order to completion
• Acting as a key link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
• Managing customer enquiries and project updates
• Preparing quotations, project documentation, and reports
• Maintaining CRM records and tracking project progress
• Identifying and resolving potential project issues
