Job summary

Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Sales Progressor to manage property sales from offer acceptance through exchange and completion. You will act as the main liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and the internal sales team.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in sales negotiations within property or similar sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and proactive ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from offer acceptance through exchange and completion.
• Act as central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and internal team.
• Proactively chase all parties to keep transactions moving and minimise delays.
• Monitor key stages including searches, surveys, mortgage offers, enquiries, exchange and completion.
• Keep buyers and sellers regularly updated throughout the process.
• Maintain up-to-date notes on the CRM/system.
• Build relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other contacts.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients for additional services.
