GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor for a growing estate agency in Redditch. You will manage sales from sale agreed to completion and liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organisational skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, with a basic salary of £30,000 and £32,000 OTE.

Responsibilities

Experienced in property sales progression and looking to join a growing, forward-thinking estate agency?

We're recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a successful and expanding estate agency in the Redditch area. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where your expertise will play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion.

This role would suit an organised and proactive property professional with experience in sales progression or conveyancing who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will:

• Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
• Proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions
• Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
• Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Sales Progressor Requirements:
