Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor for a growing estate agency in Redditch. You will manage sales from sale agreed to completion and liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organisational skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, with a basic salary of £30,000 and £32,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales progression, estate agency or conveyancing.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders.
• Proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions.
• Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process.
• Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively.
