Job summary

Construction in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex is seeking an experienced part-time Sales Progressor to coordinate exchanges and completions for a high number of properties, liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisers.

You will work three days per week in the office, help hit targets, deliver excellent customer service and support the sales team as needed, with generous petrol and telephone allowances to support the role.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing.
• Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator experience.
• Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors.
• Excellent communicator with strong IT skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exchanges and completions for a high number of properties within required timeframes.
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
• Work to targets and goals and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Support the sales team as needed.

Join a market-leading independent Estate Agency with a strong heritage and excellent reputation in the lovely, picturesque and lively town of Leigh-On-Sea Essex.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional Property Services and are seeking an experienced part-time (3 days per week) SALES PROGRESSOR to be part of our dynamic team.

The Sales Progressor Package:

• Basic Part Time Salary: £18,000 pa (Full Time equivalent £30,000pa)
• Plus, commission: 1% of all banked sales income including fee income from Mortgages and Solicitors
• On Target Earnings: £ pa
• Hours: Working three days per week in the office - flexible on days worked
• Petrol allowance £720 per annum payable monthly
• Telephone allowance £150 per annum payable monthly

The Sales Progressor Role:

• You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary time frames
• Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
• Working to targets and goals
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Supporting the sales team as necessary

The ideal Sales Progressor candidate:

• Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing
• Previous Estate Agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working?
• Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator experience
• Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors

The Sales Progressor experience:

• An excellent communicator, both over the phone and with written correspondence
• Excellent with IT
• Customer service skills that are second to none and able to work as part of the team
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Confident, resilient and have a "can-do" attitude
• Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
• Professional and able to work under pressure
