Job summary

I2I Recruitment is seeking a proactive Sales Progression professional to manage residential property transactions from offer through to completion in Gloucester. You will coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to keep deals moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have estate agency progression experience, excellent organisation and communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure a timely and compliant closing.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales progression experience within an estate agency.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously; proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential property sales from offer agreed through to legal completion.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other estate agents.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep transactions progressing.
• Providing regular updates to clients throughout the sales process.
• Working closely with negotiators and valuers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Ensuring all compliance and sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
